Holly H. Little, Esq.
Attorney at Law
Holly Little defies the lawyer stereotype: she's personable, caring and known for her professionalism. A partner in the Law Offices of Hand & Little, she started her firm eight years ago with the mission of delivering outstanding customer service.
Little recently re-located her law practice from east Texas to the Anchor Building on Lakeville Dr. in Kingwood. The move was in conjunction with her husband, cardiologist Dr. Raymond Little, taking a position at Kingwood Medical Center.
The Kingwood business and residential community is certain to benefit from Holly Little's 14 years of experience in the field of law. She has a background in corporate law as a legal affairs assistant chief for Black Entertainment Television (now owned by Viacom) and as an associate for major law firms in Boston and Washington D.C. She also served as an attorney for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Highly educated, Little graduated from Northeastern University School of Law and received a Masters in Securities Laws from Georgetown University Law Center. She also attended Northeastern University School of Business Administration while she was in law school, giving her a well-rounded perspective in business transactions. “I bring to the table both perspectives: the business and the legal,” she notes. “By understanding all perspectives of a deal, I can better advise my clients.”
With her own law firm, Little has brought her big law firm experience to a smaller town perspective. Her practice includes wills and trusts; probate; business law such as incorporations and contracts; family law; real estate transactions and mediations.
Little is a strong proponent for estate planning: “I've seen the family turmoil that results when someone dies without a will.” She helps families avoid that fate by preparing estate plans and updating existing ones. She advises her clients to update their wills, especially those who are newcomers to the state or those who have had any life changes such as children, marriage or divorce.
